ENTERING FORT BENNING
You will be entering a very busy military installation, during a time of war, while transporting weapons and ammo.
They take security very seriously here. You will need a government issued picture ID. You will need to have the
following forms completed.

These forms require Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing or printing.  If the forms do not display or print properly,

WEAPONS DISCLOSURE AND RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT

This is a 2 page form. You will need 2 copies of this form. When you print the Adobe copy, it will give you the two
copies (4 pages) that you need. Fill out the same information on BOTH forms. One copy is for the gate, and the
second copy should be kept with you while on the military base.

You will need one copy of this form. It requires your signature, AND the signature of a witness. It does not need to
be notarized, but the printed names of the shooter and the witness should be legible.
